Adam is the Partner of the Gig Executive practice and specialises in interim management appointments across the private and public sectors.
He has held executive leadership roles in people solutions practices across government, commercial and not-for-profit organisations in the UK and Australia and has worked with clients for 20 years to help solve their toughest people challenges. He is a qualified leadership assessor through the British Psychological Society, an accredited Executive Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and delivered over a thousand successful interim, search, assessment, outplacement and coaching assignments with clients across different cultures and most sectors.
Adam’s focus is to develop lasting relationships that produce sustainable and measurable change for his candidates and clients. He works alongside them, combining his knowledge with colleagues, to identify and select interim executives including Chief Executives, HR Leaders, Health Administrators, Finance Directors, Executive Deans, Managing Directors, and Executive Directors. He regularly works at the intersection between organisations, leadership and transformation and is continually listening, learning and adapting to the needs of his clients to ensure a valuable outcome.
