Dale brings extensive experience in taking executive teams and leaders to new levels of performance and business results. He provides a practical and engaging approach to his coaching and team effectiveness facilitation, staying ahead of current thinking and critical perspectives with a driven passion for leadership development and wellbeing.

His own career journey has been diverse. Dale has been a global HR executive at QBE insurance, helped establish NEOM in Saudi Arabia from start-up to the largest construction project globally, and worked as an executive education consultant at top-tier business schools including Melbourne Business School, Australian Graduate School of Management, and London Business School. Most recently he led the transformation of the continuing education and executive education unit of the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney.

Dale holds an Executive Masters in Management, an International Coaching Federation certification, CCL master trainer certifications and is accredited in a range of psychometric and behavioural tools for leadership, assessment and team effectiveness. He is a caring father and husband, who loves travel, cycling, AFL and cricket.
