He has strong experience in search, recruitment and advisory services. Gavin is known for providing high quality commercial insight, advice and decision support to Boards, CEOs and business leaders undergoing transformation. With a strategic and analytical mindset and a black belt in Six Sigma, he thinks outside the square to find and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.

As a highly regarded systems analyst, Gavin brings a true understanding of the optimisation of data, analytics and insight to drive high performance and customer satisfaction using a combination of technology and human services. Gavin has led group finance, FP&A, commercial finance, technology, shared services and OHS teams of 70+ employees. Gavin is experienced in M&A, integration of acquired businesses, systems implementations and transformation programs. He is highly experienced in external stakeholder management across technology, audit, taxation and treasury, and he is a strong team player passionate about growing sustainable business for the future.
