Joel has over 20 years of Career Management experience in both the USA and Australia. As Senior Vice-President and Education Officer for a major federal Health Care organisation, he designed and delivered professional development seminars to foreign and government dignitaries, external customers and internal staff. Joel has significant knowledge and experience in career transition, executive coaching, career planning and performance improvement.
