Sonia is part of our Talent Centre team. Sonia brings a wealth of experience in a range of customer service roles from 25 years within the Aviation Industry. Most recently, Sonia was manager of workforce for a Health Sector, Not for Profit focusing on protecting and supporting the most vulnerable within our communities.

Sonia has a passion for optimising the customer experience and possesses a warm, engaging and genuine style. She is outcome driven with a focus on system, process and work practice improvements and a strong desire to help others.

Sonia holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Ballarat University.
