Interim Risk Manager
Due to the resignation of the incumbent, the School sought the assistance of the Gig Executive team to source an Interim Risk Manager.
An Interim candidate was appointed to the position to ensure a continuance of this critical function over the holiday period and Term 1. The candidate brings extensive governance, enterprise risk and compliance management experience, having previously held the position of Assistant Director, Governance and Compliance and previously Assistant Director Compliance, Risk and Regulation.
Their calm demeanour, excellent stakeholder management skills and legal background, will allow them to hit the ground running and assist the our client’s Executive during this transition period.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the client’s Risk Management Policy and assist the School in the Policy’s ongoing development and the management of risk in accordance with Policy. They will assist the Deputy Headmaster to manage and develop the School’s Critical Incident Management Plan, including emergency management planning and advise the School Executive on issues relating to compliance, encompassing internal requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
