Mr. Michael Beres has been appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer with Annecto

Mr. Michael Beres has been appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer with Annecto and commenced in this position on 14 February 2022. In this position Michael will be overseeing the delivery of Annecto’s disability and home-based aged care services ensuring that they are high quality and person centered.

Michael has extensive commercial and social sector experience having led organisations and numerous community services in a variety of social sectors including mental health, primary health, disability, aged care and youth & family. Michael is passionate about supporting the development of marginalised and disadvantaged communities and has a depth of experience in leading the delivery of quality client centred service.

Prior to this appointment Michael held the positions of Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer with South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network, as well as General Manager Operations with Relationships Australia Victoria. He was also Senior Strategy Manager with Uniting Victoria Tasmania and Group Manager Disability & Aged Care at Uniting/Wesley Mission Victoria.
