With over a decade of consulting and industry experience, Rearn brings specialist expertise in the areas of organisational development, leadership assessment and development, coaching, talent management and workforce planning. Her practice as a consulting psychologist (AHPRA registered) leads her to apply research-based principles and frameworks in the design and implementation of workforce solutions.

In her most recent role within Enterprise Talent and Culture at ANZ Banking Group, Rearn held responsibility for the global talent management portfolio within the organisation, spanning 32 countries. Her responsibilities during this time included the retention and development of critical role successors at the executive level, as well as developing assessment solutions for high potential talent at all levels of the organisation. Before this role, Rearn played a significant role in the development of the awarded (Bersin WhatWorks® 2013) ANZ Leadership Pathway programs, and developed a global job segmentation architecture in support of a significant HRIS implementation.

Prior to ANZ, Rearn worked for a global HR consultancy where she specialised in development centre methodology, psychometric assessment, competency architecture and leadership development. Rearn’s clients value her professionalism and values-based approach, her sense of humility and her ability to form insights regarding highly complex issues. As an independent consultant now working across a range of private sector industries, Rearn offers deep expertise and a naturally collaborative style to help enable individuals and organisations alike to reach their full potential. Rearn holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Monash University and has been trained as a Level 1 IECL Coach (Coaching for Career Development).
